Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our gemstones, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Please email us at and provide the product code number to initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. 

Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping fee incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee may apply to returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking the items.

Made-to-Order Jewellery: We are unable to accept any returns for made-to-order jewellery items. 

Return Shipping Method: Return items must be sent using registered and insured shipping methods for secure handling. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
